How can I change ⅔ into sixths ( /6)? 4/6

How can I change ⅔ into twelfths ( /12) 4/12

⅓ + ¼ = 7/12

⅓ = 2/6   ¼ =

⅓ + ⅕ = 2/8

⅓ = 2/6   ⅕ = 2/10

⅙ + ⅛ = 7/24
⅙ =  2/12  ⅛ = 2/16

1/10 + 1/100 = 11/100

1/10 + 1/1000 = 101/1000
